Each team of ProfCore employees is led by a Service Team Manager. The Service Team Manager is your point of contact and can be reached 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. He/she is the specialist that knows your business as well as the employees. Together with you, your personal implementation is shaped to meet your objectives and take a load off your shoulders.
ProfCore has introduced many initiatives aimed at optimising employee commitment. Among other things, we have the Pro-Fit sustainable employability program, which has the goal of making working life as pleasant as possible for employees until they retire. Each year, we carry out an independent Employee Commitment Study, so we know what’s going on and what we can improve together. In addition, we want to keep the staff at the branches and the service office as interested as possible, which is why we launched the 365° Talent Development Program. For the purpose of social engagement and responsibility, we allocate a certain amount of money each year for sponsoring activities in the field of sports, health and charity work. Since 2015, we have been a partner of various regional running and walking competitions. In doing so, we encourage both employees and business relations to achieve strong sporting results and simultaneously work on health and wellbeing.
